As president of ATI, Stephen Olejniczak is committed to finding new products and services for ATI’s portfolio.   Where ATI was once a strictly long-distance shop selling minutes, he now looks towards data services such as IP, MPLS and SMS messaging as to fully develop the product offerings.

Stephen arrived in California from his birth state of Wisconsin , and having spent several years in Texas , before taking an indirect route to California that included 2 years with the U.S. Army in South Korea .  He completed his B.A. Degree in Cultural Anthropology before securing a job as a Customer Service Manager for a long distance carrier which propelled him forward on his career in telecom.

Stephen has over 18 years of experience in the telecom industry, spending many years as the Director of Operations at ATI, and similar posts at other companies before being given the role as president.  He continues to push his team to deliver a superior level of service to their end users that is only possible with a single point of contact and a low 25 : 1 account manager to end user ratio.

When Stephen isn’t working, or travelling, he writes technical books.  He has so far authored three … For Dummies books to include: Telecom for Dummies, Asterisk For Dummies and VoIP Deployment for Dummies.

 

Susan Kels came to ATI with over 20 years experience in accounting, payroll, AP and AR.  She excels at intricate and complex tasks and also branched out to develop a strong IT and IS base of knowledge.  Over the years she has maintained numerous networks, platforms and servers while expanding her skills with a wide variety of Microsoft and proprietary software.

Susan now heads the Billing and IT department for ATI, spending most of her time managing weekly and monthly billing as well as IT research projects.  She still takes time to teach the rest of the staff MS Access and Excel as well as expand her own knowledge on Sql.

Her life in California is quite a different change of scene from the town of Columbus, Nebraska where she was born.  She now spends her free time doting on her Pomeranian and her grandchildren.

 

Jennifer Donley brings a wealth of project management, account management, and customer service leadership to ATI with over 15 years experience in telecom.  Her work history has put her in charge of contract negotiation and carrier relations with vendors as well as handling the service for high-profile customers.

Jennifer was born in Rhode Island but grew up over a thousand miles away in Ventura , California .  It was here where she entered the world of telecom after graduating with a B.S. in Business.   She has been a strong contributor regarding decisions affecting the growth and development of every company she’s worked for, as well as managing the day-to-day service aspects.

Jennifer’s free time is consumed by photography, reading, blogging, designing jewelry, and taking care of her family in their new home in Portland , Oregon .
