The ATI Model for Service ATI has created a seamless, streamlined back office support system that is exceptional in its effectiveness and simplicity. Our Technical Services Representatives serve a limited number of customers from initial order to active management for the lifetime of each and every account. Our four-step service model, which is designed to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer support, is as follows: 1) When a new order is received, our representative contacts the customer to review all technical specifications as well as discuss any particular requests, preferences or concerns the customer may have. 2) The representative then orders the service with one of ATIs top tier carriers and follows that order through completion. 3) The representative handles all coordination and communication between the parties responsible for providing service, including Toll-Free or other special features. 4) Once the circuits are turned up and all services are in place, the same representative remains the single point of contact for all future moves, adds or changes, trouble shooting, reporting and billing issues. ATI representatives are highly qualified professionals, chosen for their commitment to service and integrity as well as their technical skills.
