Management Team
David Singer, CEO

As CEO for ATI, David Singer is continually expanding the capabilities of the company, which he founded in March of 1991. David draws from an extensive “tool box” filled with nearly 30 years experience as a customer service and support specialist.

Prior to moving to Southern California in 1983 from his native New Jersey, David spent a combined 18 years in the automotive, printing and semiconductor industries. For much of the 1980’s he traveled throughout the Far East and United States, training technicians and engineers in processes how to improve their operations and customer support.

An electrical engineer by training, David chose to create his own company with a unique vision for delivering the communications services today’s entrepreneurs and emerging companies needed. His “secret sauce” is his passion for providing not only great pricing, but surprisingly excellent, personal service to every customer.

David’s vision for ATI and the timing of its growth remain in perfect harmony with what today’s business owners want. A father of one child, David is an avid gardener who loves living and working in the rural, countryside in Orange County.

Stephen Olejniczak, Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Stephen Olejniczak provides the technical know how and firepower to support ATI’s rapidly expanding client list and infrastructure demands.

Following a two-year tour of duty with the U.S. Army in South Korea, Stephen relocated to Southern California from his native Wisconsin in 1988. Since that time he has been heavily involved in all technical aspects of computers and telephone systems.

Stephen’s 90-10 theory about business has been critical to the growth and high caliber of service ATI is realizing. He believes that 90% of the people either don’t know how to solve problems and/or care about helping customers. Aligned with his pursuit of excellence, ATI continues to find and hire the 10% who can solve problems and care about helping others.

A seasoned technical professional, Stephen plays a pivotal role in the continued expansion that is taking place at ATI. He continues to spearhead the education and training of his staff as the industry evolves and responds to new technology.

When Stephen isn’t working, traveling, antiquing or learning languages, he writes technical books. He has authored Telecom For Dummies, and Asterisk for Dummies and is currently working on VoIP Deployment for Dummies.
