ATI was founded in 1991 amidst the fierce competition that came along with the deregulation of the telecom industry.  New companies were entering the market every day, each one promising lower rates and bigger savings. The focus on quality service diminished in that climate.  The founder of ATI saw the market needed a telecom company that was built on strong and reliable service and honest relationships, and so he developed ATI to meet those requirements.

In the nearly 20 years that ATI has been in existence, the company and the telecom industry has evolved.  The one aspect of our business that hasn’t changed is ATI’s strong commitment to service and our aspiration to both cultivate and retain honest and collaborative relationships with our customers.

ATI is a premium long-distance carrier focusing on the needs of mid- to- large-sized telecom customers.  Each customer is assigned a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who functions as their single-point-of-contact.  That TAM handles all billing and provisioning concerns and is available 24 x7 to respond to trouble issues.  Our in-house billing allows for the quick research and resolution of all invoice concerns while the customer’s TAM provides the continuity and accountability that is rarely found in business today. 

Our TAM to customer ratio is 1:25 allowing us to provide a much higher level of attention to detail and service. Each of our TAM’s has at least 10 years of experience in the industry with an emphasis on large-scale provisioning and extensive troubleshooting. All ATI employees value the relationships that we have with our customers and strive to offer the highest level of expertise, professionalism and communication.
